Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Magly, a social, gaming and utility platform. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Magly, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use Magly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian permits your use of Magly.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@magly.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access. Give accurate information and do not impersonate others. Names and usernames containing "Magly", "admin", "support", "staff" or "moderator" are reserved for official accounts. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings.

4. Your Content and Our Rights

• You keep ownership of the posts, pictures, stories, comments and other content you share.
• By posting, you give Magly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display your content on the platform for as long as it remains posted. When you delete content or your account, we stop displaying it.
• Stories disappear for everyone after 24 hours. Messages are temporary and are deleted automatically.
• You confirm that you have the rights to what you share and that it does not break anyone else's rights or the law.
• Magly's code, design, branding, games and tools belong to Magly and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell them.

5. Behavior

You agree to follow the Community Rules and not to use Magly for unlawful purposes, to upload malware, to attempt unauthorized access, to cheat in games, or to disrupt the service. Other people can block you and report content, and we may act on reports.

6. Messaging

You may message other users if their settings allow it. You must not send harassment, threats, spam, unsolicited commercial messages, scams or illegal content. Messages are deleted automatically after both people have left the chat for the chosen time, and Magly is not responsible for messages that have expired or were not delivered.

7. Magly Check (Fact-Checking) Disclaimer

Magly Check shows published fact-checks from third-party fact-checkers when they exist, and otherwise may show an AI-assisted answer. Magly Check is an information tool only. AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and neither they nor the absence of a published fact-check mean that a claim is true or false. Magly Check is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Always verify important information with trusted sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any fact-check, and we are not responsible for third-party fact-checks or for decisions you make based on any result.

8. Tools, Games and Marketplace

The productivity tools (including PDF tools, converters and calculators) and games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Jobs, courses, deals, products and other Marketplace listings come from third parties and are provided for convenience; we do not verify them, and you should do your own checks before applying, enrolling or buying. Some links are sponsored or affiliate links, and Magly may earn a commission from them.

9. Advertising

Magly is, or may become, supported by advertisements, including Google AdSense and other ad networks. You agree not to use scripts or other means to disrupt, hide or interfere with advertisements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magly and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the platform, including calculations, data processing errors, AI answers or third-party content.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these Terms or our Community Rules, spam the platform, or exploit the games, with or without notice. You may stop using Magly and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
